About Me as a Player
I've been playing for AFC Amsterdam since I was five years old and have always competed in the club’s top youth team. Over the years, I’ve played for AFC Amsterdam at the highest level in the Netherlands (Divisions 2 and 3) and faced strong professional clubs such as FC Utrecht, SC Heerenveen, FC Groningen, Almere City, FC Volendam, Vitesse, NEC, and Go Ahead Eagles. During my time at AFC, I’ve experienced several championship wins. I’ve learned how to perform under pressure and how to be successful as part of a team. I was invited to train with professional clubs Almere City and FC Volendam, where I gained valuable experience in a professional football environment. Currently, I play for AFC's U-19-I team.
As a defender, my main physical strengths are my speed, power, and strong left foot. Because of my height, I often score from corners. I’m also known for my intelligence on the pitch – I have strong game awareness, good positioning, and accurate passing. I also bring leadership qualities to the team, always aiming to help the team perform better and to get the best out of myself.
About Myself
As a person, I’m social, reliable, and loyal – my teammates can count on me. I’m always ready to work hard and give everything I have. For a long time, I’ve followed extra football training programs at the Coerver Football Academy. I also do kickboxing and strength training to improve my physical performance on the pitch.
I want to play football in the United States because I believe this is a great opportunity for ambitious players who are close to the professional level. It’s a unique chance to combine high-level sports with academics. I like the idea of living in a competitive environment surrounded by other athletes, where discipline, teamwork, and ambition are key values. My goal as a player is to keep improving, to develop myself further, to learn new styles of play, and to play an important role in a new international team. And of course – to win a championship with my team.
Beyond football, I see this journey as a chance to gain international experience, to meet people from different cultures, and to grow as a person. I’m ready for it!
