OUR STORY

2015- 2017

Lars moved from the Netherlands to the USA to play men’s soccer at Urbana University while completing his MBA.

2017-2019

Christoph experienced college sports firsthand while playing men’s soccer at LMU and earning his MBA degree.

2018

After returning from the USA, Lars began working in college sports recruiting at a Dutch agency.

2019

After completing his playing career, Christoph remained at LMU as an assistant men’s soccer coach.

2020-2022

Lars and Christoph worked together at an international recruiting agency, expanding their (international) network.

2023

Lars and Christoph founded Plus31 Sports to focus on personal relationships with their athletes & families.
