Soccer Background:

I am a left-footed center-back from the Netherlands who can also play as a left-wing back. On the field, I stand out for my speed and soccer intelligence. I am physically strong yet agile, and possess strong leadership qualities. I have been the captain of my teams for five years now (U13-U17).

I have played my entire youth career at LAC Frisia 1883 in Leeuwarden. Currently, I play in the first team of U17 in the Third Division, one of the highest youth levels in The Netherlands, we play against several pro academies and top youth clubs weekly.

Throughout my youth career, I have always played at the highest possible level for my age group, often training with older teams. In U14, I was a key player for the first team of U15, and in U16, I also played for the first team of U17 as a center-back. I was a crucial part of the defense, helping the team maintain its position at the highest amateur level in the North, East, and Central of the Netherlands.

Why College Soccer:

I am excited about the opportunity to play college soccer in the United States because it combines high-level sports with education. My goal is to develop both as a player and as a person. I want to study education or social work, as I aim to become a teacher after my soccer career.

The American college soccer environment appeals to me because it offers excellent facilities and a semi-professional setting where I can combine high-level soccer with my studies. It also provides the opportunity to improve my English, experience campus life, and meet people from around the world, all of which contribute to my personal and professional growth. Additionally, this environment will help me become more independent and prepare me for the next steps in my life both on and off the field.

My dream is to earn a scholarship and potentially advance to the MLS while earning my degree. I am known for my positive attitude - at my part-time job at the supermarket, they call me "happy egg" because I always have a smile on my face.

I would like to invite you to watch my game footage or learn more about me as a player and person.
