Maia Adamson

Maia's commitment

Maia Adamson joined the University of Maryland in Fall 2025. The Australian midfielder moved from New South Wales to compete in NCAA Division I field hockey in the Big Ten Conference.

Before Maryland

Maia began playing in Grafton and represented New South Wales at several age levels. She captained school and regional teams, joined the NSW Institute of Sport's Pursue 32 program and was selected for Australia's national Futures pathway. Her vision, movement and communication made her a strong fit for Maryland.
