What types of scholarships are available?

Because we assist athletes who aspire to play and study at an American university, we generally work with two types of scholarships: sports scholarships and academic scholarships. 

You may have already read about hockey or soccer scholarships.

Sport Scholarships

To have the opportunity to study while pursuing your sport in America, it is essential to stand out due to your athletic talent, whether you excel in soccer or hockey. 

Coaches are often willing to add talented international players to their teams and are prepared to award sports scholarships for this purpose.

These sports scholarships are typically expressed as a percentage of the total costs, ranging from 0% to 100%.

As you've read, "How much does it cost to study in America?", it can still be pricey to study in America. However, there is the possibility to combine sports scholarships with academic scholarships.

Academic Scholarships

Academic scholarships are granted to students with excellent grades or high test scores. The specific criteria vary by university, but if you have strong academic achievements, you often qualify for an academic scholarship.

Unlike sports scholarships, academic scholarships are usually expressed in fixed monetary amounts.
